At most airports the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival gate, holding a sign with your name on it. More details about the exact meeting point are included in the reservation confirmation email.
If you cannot find your driver, call the number specified 24/7 and you will be directed to the meeting location. The 24-hour contact number for the local superintendent is included in the reservation confirmation email.
To ensure that your chauffeur is waiting for you at the correct time, all flights are monitored for delays. If your flight is delayed, your reservation will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new arrival time.
You may revoke or modify your reservation prior to the driver’s departure from the meeting location.
